Blue Sky Solutions was set up in 2000 by James Froggatt who has 15 years experience of working in the information technology (IT) industry (including PC building, maintenance, and support).

James is a web developer specialising in PHP and JSP web programming, graphic design, and multimedia. He has worked on a number of high-profile online projects, such as The Bioinformatics Resource (TBR) website and the commercial website for MRC Geneservice.
